The Thalassemia Clinic at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto will be hosting a Thalassemia Family Education Day on Saturday, May 9th, 2015 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. The educational session will include discussions on iron chelation, transition clinic, bone marrow transplantation, research update, and many other topics.
